Program Details
The AA in Liberal Arts is a program for students seeking a broad-based degree that can serve as an educational foundation for a wide variety of careers and transfer majors. Students pursuing an AA in Liberal Arts may complete either the Chabot College Associate in Arts General Education course requirements, or the California Intersegmental General Education Transfer Curriculum (Cal-GETC) as well as 18 units of courses within one of the following four broad disciplinary options, for a total 60 degree-applicable units. With careful course planning, this degree offers students a foundation, as well as the flexibility, to align with many transfer pathways.
