Associate in Science for Transfer
Program Details
The Associate in Science in Physics for Transfer Degree is designed to prepare students for a seamless transfer with junior status and priority admission to a local CSU campus to a similar major for completion of a baccalaureate degree. Students are required to complete: 60 semester units that are eligible for transfer to the California State University, including: The California General Education Transfer Curriculum (Cal-GETC), all course requirements for the major, earn minimum grades of C (or P) in all courses required for the major and general education, earn a minimum overall grade point average of 2.0. The Associate in Science in Physics for Transfer Degree will also assist Physics major students to transfer to other baccalaureate institutions. Students are advised to consult with a counselor to verify transfer requirements.
